It all started…

with some friends narrating how their CEO expressed dissatisfaction with their performance at the time of exit, while just a few weeks back CEO had praised them for performance. It made them unhappy.

It made us dig deep and realise that probably performance is causal to happiness at work. Thus began Surge performance program, to ensure that performance goals get set and reviewed for employees well in time, leaving no space for heartburns.

Now you can’t really implement a program sustainably without automation. Thus was born fastribe, a performance acceleration software that makes it easy to implement OKRs within minutes.

To put an arm around the whole Surge plus fastribe implementation and to make life of our clients easy, we began nurturing a team of performance coaches around the world, who work with organisations and put their performance management infrastructure in place.
